1 eye girl 单眼妹~: November 2009

History of 1 eye girl~

she use her hair cover her face is because she lost one eye~
she lost her eye in 1 years old more because she get the eye cancer~
when she is a child, she get life in very suffer and difficult~
but the suffer and difficult life is pass away.
she is a normal girl, very friendly & funny, happy always~
but she is not enough confidence and brave~
crossing a road also feel fear~
until 2009, she is changing her life, she study in MIB, and her lecturer is call them open a blog to writing story~
firstly, 1 eye girl feeling writing blog is very boring but now she feel enjoy with writing blog.
happy and unhappy moment is write down in her blog~
and she hope that her blog have full of many happy and special moment~
18 years old, Samanda Chew Mun Fong is starting writing her own story in here~

I'm not pretty queen,I'm not ulgy duck, but I'm special, have my own style, whatever how difficult my life I will be more steady and strong~ 'Believe That Life starts Evolution' is my own slogan~ 人不是十全十美的，我不美，也不丑，是特别~ 我有自我的特色，无论生活有多困难， 我会‘坚持到底’~有努力就有成功，就算失败是成功之母. 记得： ‘相信生活会有进化’！

What things can't buy with money did you know~?

Haiz~ If this week and Next week past away ready~ I can have a happy Holiday~
Times is going so fast~ I'm in KL ready 3 years, and I study in MIB have 2 semester ready~
Next week is my theory Exam but don't know why~ I feel very no mood to study~

Yesterday my daddy suddenly coming my room and ask me "did I'm study good in MIB?"
that moment I become very confuse and concerned my father~
and I answer back he :" Yeah~ all is fine~" *the sound also very cool*
I didn't ask he Why, because I know what he think~
because the coming Semester 3 have to pay RM5,745.00
I know he want to tell me those things~ the last, he also did not tell me~

Who can tell me how and what I need to do~ ?
I don't know what should I need to do~ T.T

My practical Exam~ (part 2 cake) ++ Tiramisu (Pick-me-up)

你可以不懂意大利文，但一定要记住“Tiramisu”这个词儿，因为这个词除了跟美味有关，还跟爱情有关。
“Tiramisu”中文直译过来为“提拉米苏”，它是意大利经典的冰冻小西点，也是意大利高级冰冻小西点中的精华之作，它的美味让人难以忘怀，放在口里那种爽俐醇郁的口感，与揉合起司、咖啡与酒香的风味，是那种吃一口便会爱上它的美食西点。
其实是重要的是Tiramisu口感十分的丰富，就象探宝一样，叠叠层层的不同风味。在薄薄的可可粉下面是柔腻的乳酪，紧接着是一层浸透了咖啡和酒的海绵蛋糕，蛋糕里含了更柔软的馅儿，最底层是薄薄的硬巧克力托着。放进嘴里，慢慢地品，可以感受到咖啡的苦涩、焦糖的滋润、甜酒的香醇、巧克力的馥郁、蛋糕的绵密、乳酪和鲜奶油的稠香、可可粉的干爽，这许多丰富的材料，把甜以及甜所能唤起的种种错综复杂的体验，交糅着一层层演绎到极至。
如此的用心，Tiramisu在世界各地都是非常受欢迎的，在北京也有很多欧式的西点屋里制作这种高级西点，但真正做得十分正宗的极少，地道的Tiramisu价格也是不便宜的，制作成本较高，光是用来制作Tiramisu的专用乳酷每500克大概就要100多元人民币。

关于Tiramisu的由来传说众多，但有一个传说是最为浪漫伤感的，也是流传最广的。在第二次世界大战时期，一个意大利士兵就要离开家园去出征了，深爱他的妻子为他准备送行的点心，可是家里已经什么吃的东西也没有了，于是，妻子只能找出家里所有能吃的饼干、面包、咖啡，一层层叠上去，做成一份点心，取名为“Tiramisu”，意为“带我走”。其实带走的不只是美味，还有爱和幸福，士兵把美味的提拉米苏、更是把妻子的爱一起带到了战场。

提拉米苏，带我走。美味的感觉很快过去，但“带我走”的含义，让人感怀。将Tiramisu称为“爱情的滋味”，一点也不过份，这也是很多情侣喜欢在西点屋里点一份Tiramisu的原因，想想它那繁杂的制作工艺，细细打着蛋，轻轻搅拌着起司，准备好咖啡、酒、蛋糕、巧克力，层层的叠加。最后在经过十几个小时的冰冻酝酿，就如甜蜜交织的爱情的味道。

若你有机会品尝到一份正宗纯正口味的Tiramisu时，一定要好好细细的品味一番，闭上眼睛去感受它所讲述的故事，但，千万不要配以任何一种酒，以免影响品味它有层次的风味，来杯红茶或者咖啡，你一定会记住那特别的味道。

During In the Exam, and making "Tiramisu" my heart is singing Rainie Yang Song-" Bring me away 带我走"
When eating and enjoy the "Tiramisu" cake I will remember that "Bring me away"~~

The Exam of cake is same with Exam of Bread too~

No long finger nails: check~
Wearing caps and whit no hair fall down: check~
Wearing apron and make sure that the hand towel is beside you: check~
Wearing a pair of safety boots: check~
Entry the Exam Place make sure your are clean and tidy: Check~

Our Sir is very strict, they are very care our hygiene at food~ all MIB course mates is very serious in during Exam~
No talk and Chat~
No smile and laugh~
and No playing~
because we all is no enough time the time is only enough to done our Exam~
and I 'm feeling very fear and rush in the Exam~ because very fear not enough time to did it all~
but the end all is very successful~ and have time to taking picture too~
After Exam~ we all is very relaxing~

"huh~ -.-" be a senior ready really have some pressure~ last time when our Exam in Semester 1 is no need confuse and care what the table setting~ and in Sem 1, in the Exam, we have time to left~ and I can feel that Sem 1 is easy then the Sem 2~ because Sem 1 all is the basic and foundation of Baking~ lastly my Practical Exam is done successful and nicely and The mark of Bread Exam - 30/30% & Cake Exam- 21/30% hurray~!!! ^-^ "
