- No Mood, cake can't did nicely, going back home without umbrella in the raining time, arrive house cake is broken~ -

Yi Mei : Sorry~ hope you can forgive me~ because that moment I just want myself be silent~ and I don't want people saw I'm crying so I use cap to cover my face~

-Ingredients-
A- # Sugar 235g
#Anchor Butter 120g
#Cocoa mass 30g
#salt 5g

B- #All purpose flour 210g
#Bread flour 90g
#Baking powder 14g
#Cocoa powder 25g

C- #Sorbitol 45g
#Egg 200g
# Rich's Gold Label 120g
#UHT milk 70g
#Chocolate Paste 6g

D- # Walnuts 45g
# Chocolate chips 45g

-Method-

1) cream ingredient (A) on high speed for 5 minutes.
2) add (B) and mix slow speed for 1 minute until crumble.
3)premix wet ingredients C, add and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes.
4) fold (D)
5) Using a ice-cream scoop (one scoop enough) or Tablespoon (may be is two scoop), transfer batter into muffin trays lined with paper cups.
6)Bake at 200 (*C) temperature for 20 minutes.

Vote here please~! what type design wedding cake is your favourite~?



This week is very busy, after the mooncake festival, have to bust with my test~ OMG~ I want crazy ready~ Say really I don't have do revision~ >.<" but some quest can do lah~ because I have attention in class~ when after school, we get saw our senior is also busy with their Exam (doing wedding cake).They are so professional all wedding cake is Damn nice~Wah~ If call me make it, I really don't know make what design~ I very like the No.2 want. Look like so simple but it is a very like a wedding cake~ and the two day practical is nothings special but all the cake and bun is delicious~ muah~ XD


Very shy asking~ XD did my cake design is nice or ugly~? O.o?

in the morning we have the two boring class again~ after school, some people is when back home but me and some collage friend is staying at the school having our 'mooncake festival night party' at 7pm~

when the actvity is starting, we all is going down stair to eat our dinner and playing the game of 'Guess 猜灯谜'. I have answer some question,but no 1 is true, so sad T.T (whatever lah~ just a game).after that we when to upstair(auditorium) to given group, I guess I will same group with my best friend Yi Mei, but no...
at 8.30pm ++ we are going down stair and putting candle in the 'Tang Long 灯笼' .
OMG~ we all look like Kinda kids~ all is taking the 'Tang Long' have a walk to the higher car park there(nearest MPPJ).



in car park, after we hanging the Tang Long ready, we all is sitting and waiting the game starting . During waiting, we are drinking tea , eating mooncake (sponser by MIB), and watching moon (but we can't get watch,this year moon is not too nice) -.-"

after playing game we all is going back to collage and count down the mooncake festival, but me and Yi Mei need go back before 11.30pm because we are taking LRT back to my house~

will we can't get count down but we playing candles and taking picture at home and we playing until 3.00am and our eyes is automatic clip ready, so we are get sleeping ready~

Say really I very happy and enjoy but is a dangerous and Heart attack day for me because we playing all game is using balloons and I very fear with the sound 'BOOM~~!!!' and in the moment I want cry ready~ I don't know Why I fear with the balloons~
Except those, when we just arrive 'Taman Bahagia' , suddenly I hear the alarm sound and I saw the LRT gate is closing automatic. Huh~ -。- Luckly me and Yi Mei is ready get out from the LRT station and we are waiting my brother to take us home~
