and the old people in long time ago making bread is not easy~
I making small amount of bread only, so just using my hand to make it~ really painful of my hand~ T.T whatever, like that can learn more about knowledge and know the old people in long time ago, bread is very difficult to make by hand~
Below the pic is the ingredient making milk loaf bread~
(Sponge, bread flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk powder, finetex, cold water, bread softerner and buter)

my baby is cooking inside the Oven~ pity with them~haha~ if no cook the bun also can't eat lah~ XD
