Today also nothing special , just like normal practical~ but today is Joanne Lai Kar Yee Birthday~ We want to make him a suprise birthday (take the fresh cream or the chocolate put it in she face XD) but she go back home very fast so we having little bit dissapointed~
During making~I take this pic~ the cream cheese ready pour in,and the others is sugar, dextrose monohydrate and Gelatin & water
the cream cheese is mixing in the mixing bowl~
Our group (group 3) is the most clean and fast~ '-^
